I am going to recommend you a course. Please first listen to the course because this article is following the headings of the course I am going to recommend to you.

It’s just 24 minutes👇

So I hope you watched that. But if you didn’t no problem keep reading. In the course, there are three important routines that also work for me.

Let’s see them:

1.Do Nothing

Do nothing for 5 or 10 minutes a day. Clean your mind, lie on your bad, and think nothing. Many of us can say it is impossible to think nothing so you can just count something or dream a sunset scene. There are also many other meditation techniques just google it you can find something helpful.

Don't forget you must do this every day as a routine.

2. Create A Physical Routine

Near mental power, physical power is also important. Therefore you should also create a physical routine.

For example, you can make pushups for 10 minutes or take a walk. But the main point is making this in the same time periods every day.

3. Eat Vegetables or Fruits as A Routine

As I sad physical power is important. For that, you can eat vegetables or fruits every day in the same time period.

How to Block the distraction

Distractions block our work and make us procrastinate the things we must make. Therefore first, you must find the distractions in your life. Then go somewhere far from your distractions.

For example, the internet can be a distraction, or your friends. For getting rid of them — not your friends the distractions :)— just go somewhere far from the internet or close your WhatsApp notifications.

The Golden Technique

In the course, the instructor says that there is a Japanese technique for people who always procrastinate.

In this method, you just need to count like 3-2-1… and start the work you procrastinate. This method is very effective because it has a self-motivating mechanism.

You know in races or anything challenging people count back from three and then start. So in this method, you use the challenging, and motivating mechanism like the races.

Also, there is Mell Robbins 5 seconds technique similar to this technique. I’m thinking to write about that method incoming articles.

That’s all for now. See you🙋‍♂️
